Hi Champs!
A huge thank you to everyone who has downloaded the demo, played a few rounds, and shared feedback. We’ve hit 100+ wishlists and nearly 1,000 downloads, and your comments have been invaluable in shaping where Punch Champs goes next.
This update is focused on player-requested changes, key fixes, and a brand-new level. We’re excited to share the progress so far:
✨ New Content
- London Barn (New Level): Our second stage is here! A tighter arena designed for chaotic close-range clashes.
- New Level Select Screen: Choose your battleground before the fight begins.



🎮 UI & Menu Improvements
- Main Menu button fixes for smoother navigation.
- Mouse support added for main menu navigation.
- Controller layout adjustments to make button prompts clearer.
- UI CTAs updated with “Locked” states where relevant.
🕹️ Gameplay Fixes
- Jump input timing issues resolved.
- KO bodies no longer hover in the air after knockouts.
- KO Counter now updates correctly when players fall off.
- KO Counter bug fixed for Last Man Standing mode.
🔊 Audio & Presentation
- Added pitch randomisation for punch SFX to increase variety and impact.
- Removed camera slow-motion effect on KO for a snappier flow.
- Removed cinematic zoom on KO (feedback noted this was distracting in multiplayer).
- KO SFX now plays once at the end of the round, reducing repetition.
